U2419HC, OSD menu not working
I can’t access the OSD menu on my monitor. It will always show the Input Source menu. I tried to disconnect all cables, restart, etc but nothing works. Am I missing something or is this a monitor issue?

* Turn both PCs and the U2419HC off
* Disconnect every cable (including power cable) from the U2419HC
* Press the U2419HC power button in for 8 seconds
* Reconnect the power cable to the U2419HC
* Turn the Dell PC on
* Reconnect the video cable from the Dell PC to the U2419HC
* Turn the U2419HC on and choose the appropriate video input
* At this point, you should see the Dell PC Windows desktop on the U2419HC
* Press the U2419HC Menu button. Does it appear?

The OSD menu only works when the monitor is attached to a powered on PC via the supplied USB Type-C cable (C to C) or DP cabling.
Are you saying that you tried the above and the OSD Menu still does not open?

Yes. I started looking at the OSD menu because my laptops (Dell and Macbook) suddenly didn't give/get any signal anymore from the monitor. Everything worked fine for a while. And now I can only access the input source menu when I press any monitor button. I never get to the OSD menu.

Yes that worked. Thanks!
The only thing it won't do is detect the other Macbook laptop connect through HDMI. It works with USB-C but not through HDMI.
