U2515H bright pixels?

Hi, I bought this (btw really great) monitor a few months ago but unfortunately yesterday I noticed, what it looks like, at least 3 bright pixels (when I went fullscreen) right on the taskbar. They are noticeable only on bright white, rgb, or anykind of color hue accept on really dark background or black, but ones seen, simply can't be unseen. My question is, am I eligible for a replacement or not? And if I am, do I simply return it to the shop (in my country) or is there a different procedure. I checked the warranty and it offers a: Premium Panel Guarantee that ensures zero "bright pixel" defects.

Thank you.

* Change the windows desktop background to all black
* If you see a stuck pixel that is white, red, green, or blue, that means it is a Bright pixel defect
* How many Bright pixel defects warrant a monitor exchange?
Dell D series = 6 or more
Dell S series = 6 or more
Dell P series = 1 or more
Dell U, UP, UZ series = 1 or more
Alienware OptX series = 1 or more
All other models = 6 or more

* Change the windows desktop background to all white
* If you see a stuck pixel is black or colored, it is called a Dark pixel defect
* How many Dark pixel defects warrant a monitor exchange?
Dell D series = 9 or more
Dell S series = 6 or more
Dell P series = 6 or more
Dell U, UP, UZ series = 6 or more
Alienware OptX series = 6 or more
All other models = 9 or more

Unfortunately no, the standard Dell warranty would not cover this. Assumed that you reset to Factory Defaults in the OSD (On Screen Display)? And have tested different video in ports on the monitor (HDMI/HDMI/DP/mDP) ?

Ok, so these are obviously not bright/dark pixels, cause they all work and change color accordingly, they are not stuck. They are just brighter than the rest of them and are noticeable only on colored background and pure white background, not pure black. It looks like some kid of light or diffusion coating defect. So there is nothing that can be done about this? The warranty does not cover this?

It looks exactly like this www.mazdas247.com/.../asus_white.jpg

Well, I tried factory defaults in osd, also tried different ports and it looks the same. It's a shame and really weird, that Dell does not cover these kind of defects, especially on their so-called premium monitors/panels. These kind of defects imo should have never left the factory in the first place. I have nothing against stuck or dead pixel defects, which can occur at any time later, but this (regarding inner panel/difusser defects) imo is simply bad quality control.

You may certainly ask them to exchange it for customer satisfaction reasons.
