U2515H, TUSB3410 boot device, Device Manager error, #2

I have this error with a U2515H monitor, for some reason. I tried deleting the device from device manager, but it comes back.  Is this USB hub used with this monitor?  Should I be installing the drivers?  If not, how do I get rid of the error?
