U2515H, USB hub doesn't work after Windows 10 update?

Hello,

After last Windows 10 64-bit PL update, I've got problem with Dell U2515H USB hub driver:

Device has this error:

Unknown usb device (device descriptor request failed)

I already tried:

- unplugging all USB devices

- removing Windows 10 updates

- removing drivers

- checking if there is firmware update (nope)

- wiping Windows 10 to the clean install. After few updates that are automatically applied it's just happening again

- other USB ports in my PC work normally

I have no clue what to do. Help me please!
