U2518D, line and halo issue
Hi my Dell monitor U2518D has a black rim, white halo and lines. There is no physical damage. What could be the issue? Would appreciate your inputs. Thank you in advance.

To receive assistance from Dell chat Technical support, they need to first verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them. Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. Provide to them the private Service Tag and all of your troubleshooting.
Run the standalone Built-in Diagnostics, page 49 in the online U2518D User's Guide.
NOTE: You can run the Built-in Diagnostics only when the video cable is unplugged and the monitor is in self-test mode.

Ran diagnostics test and the vertical line persists.
