U2518D, stop Power Save Mode in 4 minutes
Hi,
I have a Dell U2518D connected to a PC by HDMI. After switching off the computer, the monitor shows "No HDMI Cable - The display will go into Power Save Mode in 4 minutes"; after the countdown expires the monitor finally enters standby. How can I get the monitor enter standby just after the PC switches off (i.e. no countdown)?

Based on the online U2518D User's Guide, the Menu OSD (pages 34-42) does not offer a way to stop the 4 minute cycle. Under Personalize, there is a setting for Monitor Sleep, but I do not think it has anything to do with the 4 minute cycle. Page 46 states this below. So when the PC is off, the monitor is designed to act in this way thinking that the video cable is disconnected =
