U2520D, Standby mode, no USB-C signal
When my display enters standby mode, it no longer wants to connect via USB-C. It shows "No USB-C signal from your device" and the screen is black. Before it goes into standby mode, everything works as it should. So what's the problem, and what can I do to fix this?
Thanks,
Joel

Our users will need more data before they can assist =
* What PC model?
* What video card/GPU video out ports are available?
* What operating system?
When a monitor enters Standby Mode, it is passively awaiting the PC and operating system to send a signal to wake it up. The fact that the PC and operating system is NOT sending this wake up signal is why you receive that message. So your troubleshooting should begin from the PC side =
