U2713HM, display is blurred or overlay
The display shows blurred or overlay as show in picture. Bought in 2015 and warranty already expired. Any idea what could be the reason? I have tried with different cable, with docking station, without docking station etc.

* Run the monitor Factory Reset then the standalone BID (Built-in Diagnostic)
* After the colored screens, there is a text screen
- If the text is blurry, some internal component has failed
- If the text is sharp, the monitor is functioning
