U2715H, A03, service menu default values
Hello,
I have a Dell U2715H A03 here. I entered the service menu by pressing the two leftmost buttons simultaneously and the 'On' button, didn't see anything and pressed some other buttons and saw that I had probably changed some values accidentally in the service menu, not willingly. I just wanted to see the power-on hours and that's it. Those capacitive buttons, eh, sometimes they work, sometimes not. My other Dell has physical buttons and there was no risk changing any values when entering the service menu. There's no way to reset the service menu to defaults, am I right? If so, for my monitor revision, do the values:

SUB BRI 178 TEXT B 72
SSC 06 LVDS CURRENT 02
look right?
I'm especially worried about the 'current', because if I had upped or lowered it by accident it wouldn't be good certainly.

Every panel will have different values. If you do not see "Factory Reset" in the FSM (Factory Service Menu), then your only hope is that another U2715H owner will take the chance and enter the FSM. You could also do a google image search for U2715H Factory Service Menu.

Okay, thanks, I shouldn't have gone into the service menu of course, but I bought this display used from a guy and wanted to see the miles on it.
After a day of use I don't think I actually changed any values, it's just that the screen had suddenly changed the color tone and became yellowish, but turns out it was because the monitor activated the 'Paper' mode on its own and that was a glitch because I did nothing to go from 'Standard' to 'Paper' while being in the service menu. Turned the 'Standard' mode back on and everything seems to be fine.

Remember, the standard Menu- Others does have a Factory Reset option. Page 44. That fixes many issues.
