U2715H, peeling
Sides and top of the monitor are peeling off. I have two of these monitors purchased within a day or two apart and would hate to think this issue is going to also happen to the other one. They are both still under warranty.

Shipped from Dell on November 13, 2018 to a reseller. You need to submit the Service Tag transfer form. Once completed you will get an email. Then the DELL-Cares agents can proceed.

Before Dell can proceed, reply to the private messages from the DELL-Cares agent with the private Service Tag and 20 digit serial number.
From whom were these purchased and when?

Hi Chris,
I've replied to the Dell-Cares agent, and this monitor was purchased on June 2019 - I don't recall where it was purchased as I would guess either the Dell online store or Amazon.

Thanks Chris, I have gone through my records and it was purchased new from Amazon at the date I gave in my previous post.
Not sure how to fill in a form for a 'Previous Owner' - asking for details that Amazon does not give out (first/last name, email, phone number etc) -and where there was no previous owner?
