U2715H, screen partially red

Question

Hi,

I bought a Dell screen and half of it shows red instead of some blacks and blues. What can I do to fix this? The inputs are not the problem, I have tried a few different cables. It only shows sometimes. Screen built-in test or reset does not yield results.

Not directly, no. The serial number is CN-0GH85d-TV200-7AH-0FES

CN-0GH85D-TV200-7AH-0FES shows the manufacture date as October 17, 2017. So outside of warranty.
