U2717D, Firmware?

Even if one appeared, this monitor model is not setup to do "in home" firmware updates. If released, a new firmware would only appear on returned/resold exchanged U2717D or new ones after the firmware was inserted into the factory. According to the specifications page 10, the response time is 8 ms normal mode and 6 ms fast mode. Have you bench tested your U2717D for response time when opening the OSD (On Screen Display) -Display and changing to Fast?

i tried fast response time & noticed got overshooting problem plus the input lag still exist. tftcentral also reviewed very clearly regarding the input lag & overshoot issue. can u guys fix it with the firmware? thanks.

I have seen nothing about a firmware update. I do not even know if there is a newer revision out. Users usually post their A0x revision and build date out here. All you can do is get an exchange and compare the labels to see the A0x revision and build dates.

my version A00-00. i'm not sure any newer revision is out or not. so far don't have any serious issue so i'm gonna stick with this unit. no dead pixel & color reproduction is good for my side. thanks for the feedback. cheers~
