U2717D, two PC, DDM shortcuts not working

I been trying to get the U2717D to change input using keyboard shortcuts but unsuccessful. I have saved diagnostic and don't understand what it means. If someone can have look at the diagnostic and analyse and help me out. My U2717D is connected to HP Envy phoenix by mDP and HDMI/MHL is connected to my video source. I have created two shortcuts on desktop of the application ddm.exe and have entered info in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\Dell Display Manager\ddm.exe" 2: SetActiveInput HDMI/MHL
and 2nd ,"C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\Dell Display Manager\ddm.exe" 1: SetActiveInput mDP

Both of these commands fail to change the inputs. Also I have Nvidia graphic that has the latest drivers.Here is the copy of diagnostic =
