U2718Q, glowing color border? #4

Question

Yesterday, out of nowhere, the border of my U2718Q started glowing in purplish-red color exactly like this and this.

So I plugged out the every cables and left it for 1 night as someone suggest in other post. Today, the glowing changed its color to white and seemed to be a little less than yesterday ,however, I can still see it. So I tried the BID and the result is that only on the gray screen that this glowing appear as you can see from the picture. No glowing effect can be seen from any colored screen of BID apart from the first, gray screen one.

Noted that I can see the glowing effect on normal screen too. I wonder if I should left it for some days to see if it will be fixed or my monitor is already defect?

I posted about the problem a few days ago and they told me to reply to private message but when I go into the private message page, their is no 'send' or 'reply' button. I can only type my info but cannot send. Same goes with my latest post about the glowing border of U2718Q, there is no reply button anymore. To sum up, I've been told that I will get a replacement monitor in a private message that I cannot reply anything.
