U2719D, bright and dark pixels

I recently bought a Dell U2719D monitor after weeks of research from a local shop in Sydney, Australia. It's a great monitor and I love it. Unfortunately, I noticed few bright and dark pixels. I ran Built-in self test (BIST) and took some pictures. It was not easy to focus. If you zoom in, you will be able to see the bright and dark pixels.

Bright pixels are at top left corner. I see two dark pixels at top and one towards the center of the screen.

I'm using the monitor connected to an HP laptop with Windows 10. I'm using an HDMI cable.

I just didn't expect a new monitor to have bright and dark pixels.

The monitor has "Advanced Exchange Service" and I also know that this monitor has "Premium Panel Guarantee".

Will you be able to check whether I can get a replacement?
