U2720Q, A00 vs A01, difference?

Hi,

I just bought two Dell U2720Q monitors. To my disappointment, it was the revision A00 even if there is already revision A01 on the market. Does anyone know what is the difference between A00 and A01?

There are no firmware updates on the U2720Q drivers page. I have not seen any Dell documentation stating a hardware or software difference. It could be a simple verbiage change in the Menu OSD or a change in the regulatory verbiage.
