U2720Q, backlight flashing
Hi there,
My U2720Q backlight is flashing ocasionally. Recorded in the YouTube. Can anyone help me to fix it?

Update = After completing troubleshooting, a DELL-Cares agent setup a monitor replacement.

* Did you run the monitor stand alone Built-in Diagnostics to see if the issue is present there? See page 55 in the online U2720Q User's Guide
* To what PC model is the Dell monitor connected?
* What operating system is running on the PC?
* What PC GPU/video card?
* What PC GPU/video card ports are available?
* How is the monitor currently connected to the PC GPU/video card using what ports and cable?

I was communicating with DELL-Cares via private messges, and answered these questions. Do I still need to answer these questions here?
