The U2722D/U2722DX/U2722DE middle DisplayPort covered by a plug is OUT only.

You have three available video in ports for different PC sources = HDMI/DisplayPort/USB Type-C

So the display port only desktop goes to display port and the WD19 TB can be connected with the HDMI?

Yes. We can see here that the WD19TB has an HDMI 2.0 port for a monitor HDMI in port. It also has the USB Type-C/DP 1.4 port that could connect to a monitor USB Type-C in port.

@DylanMitchell  Based on the source devices you’re working with, it seems likely that you can use one via DP and one via HDMI. The only problem would be if you were trying to actually run a daisy chain, in which case that would only work for the device connected via DP. An HDMI source signal cannot run a daisy chain. But other than that, you’d be good to go using one type of input with each source device. If you DO plan to run a daisy chain (which seems unnecessary if you have a dock and desktop PC, since both of those should allow you to direct connect both displays), then you’d have to look for a 2x1 DisplayPort switch, meaning a device with two DP inputs and one output so that you could toggle which input was passed through to the display at any given time. But while I know these exist for HDMI, I don’t know if they exist for DisplayPort. I’ve never looked.
