U2722D, Mac mini
I want to buy a Dell U2722D monitor but I want to be sure it will work with a new Mac mini via the Thunderbolt 4 port? Does the monitor include the necessary cable? And if the Thunderbolt 4 port won't work, will USB-A or HDMI ports on the Mac mini work?

The Dell U2722D monitor is a compatible monitor with the Thunderbolt 4 port on a new Mac mini. The monitor has a Thunderbolt 4 input, which allows for a fast and reliable connection to the Mac mini. This will allow you to take advantage of the high-resolution and refresh rate of the monitor and also support for the DisplayPort 1.4 protocol.
Regarding the cable, the Dell U2722D monitor does not include a Thunderbolt 4 cable in the box, but you can use the cable that comes with the Mac mini or purchase one separately.
If for any reason the Thunderbolt 4 port doesn't work, the Dell U2722D monitor also has a USB-C port that supports DisplayPort Alt Mode, and an HDMI 2.0 port which will allow you to connect the monitor to the Mac mini via USB-A or HDMI.
It is always recommended to check the official documentation of the product and the system compatibility before making a purchase.
