U2722DE, flashes

Please help me fix this. I bought a new monitor and this is terrible.

To receive assistance from Dell chat Technical support, they need to first verify the warranty status. Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. Provide to them the private U2722DE Service Tag.

They also will need to see a video of the issue WHILE running the U2722DE Built-in Diagnostics. See page 93 in the online U2722DE User's Guide.
