U2722DE, losing network connection, #4

I have three users with a U2722DE hub monitor and XPS 13, and all of them have issues with their ethernet connection eventually dropping its internet connection. The XPS switches over to WiFi to compensate. Restarting usually fixes it temporarily when the issue occurs.

I've been throwing monitor and XPS firmware updates at the problem, but haven't made a dent in the behavior. I'd also found discussions about disabling the Realtek USB GbE Family Idle Power Saving mode, but no difference was made.

Any further help would be appreciated.
