U2725QE, M2T102, Macbook Pro M4 Pro, Thunderbolt not detected
After I updated the firmware `M2T102, A01` Not my monitor cannot detect Thunderbolt from Macbook Pro M4 Pro after I restart the macbook a few times. and My LAN speed still limit at 480Mbps
What should I continue?

For direct Dell Technical Support, Dell GHN (Get Help Now) chat technical support must verify the ownership and warranty status. Click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private U2725QE Service Tag with them and all of your troubleshooting. This will in turn generate a unique Technical Support case for your unique Service Tag.
All macOS user should update to the macOS Tahoe 26.2 December 12, 2025 release.
After U2725QE M2T102 A01 was installed, do the following =
* Turn the U2725QE off
* Disconnect EVERY cable from the U2725QE (power cable, video cable)
* Disconenct all peripherals from U2725QE
* Press and hold in the rear U2725QE power button for 8 seconds
* Reconnect all cabling and retest
