I can't tell you why Dell chose that specific hotkey combination as the default, but you can disable it or change it on the "Options" tab/page of the DDM main dialog box, where it may show up - depending on your kbd - as Ctrl+Shift+Num7 for "Easy Arrange MRU shortcut key".
OOOH I understand, Num 7 is the same as hitting the other Home key. It won't let me change it to Ctrl + Shift + Num 4, but it changed to "None" when I tried to fiddle with it so I'm leaving it as that. Thanks so much! Totally fixed the problem.
