U2913WM, Input source error

Per this 2017 U2913WM thread, I have 2 of these monitors, one is working properly the other has the message below. I have tried all suggested tests and opinions on how to fix the issue. None work. This is a common issue with these monitors. 90% of the time it's a monitor hardware issue.
