U3011, A03, service menu default values

Hi,

I have same problem with my eight year old (out of warranty, expired on July 29, 2014) Dell U3011. I want to check Used time about panel. I didn't touch anything on this menu, but when I exit İn sRGB mode, color re-production are change and its take more yellow look. But when I switch standard mode everything is fine. I don't understand what it happen to this monitor. Now this two monitors service menu are looking like this. I don't know what its real meaning 'clear user'? I am thinking possible I was erased accidentally this factory calibration with this? Can you possible help me about this?
