U3014, input timing is not supported
Latitude E7450 >> U3014 >daisy chained to> U2412M
Getting the input timing is not supported, please change to 1920x1200 60 Hz
Solution: Change U3014 to use DisplayPort 1.2. It asks you to confirm your computer GPU can handle it. Fortunately mine could.
After some odd graphical artifacts for a while it calmed down, corrected some stupid UI issues and finally extended my desktop to both external daisy chained monitors and all was well.

Good work. For other users, the U3014 ships with DisplayPort 1.2 Disabled. So any user will need to Enable it in the OSD (On Screen Display) to setup the MST/ DP Daisy Chain.
