U3219Q, macOS, USB-C display issue

Hi, I bought three months ago this U3219Q which is new.

I have 3 PCs, two of them are Macs. When I connect my USB-C cable to one of them, the U3219Q often doesn't show the display on them. The cable charges my Macs but the display doesn't appear, until I reset through the power button.

The U3219Q works well with my Windows PC while with my Macs seems having this issue, again. I tried changing the USB-C cable, resetting through power button, installing the firmware of this model, but nothing seems the final solution to this problem.

The GHN (Get help now) agents have yet to receive the private Service Tag number from you? They need this to create a case. Open the Menu- Others to see the private Service Tag number.

The serial number provided by you shows us that this U3219Q was manufactured 321 days ago on December 31, 2021. Did you purchase this directly from Dell?

Read through our existing "U3219Q, macOS" threads.

Read through the U3219Q threads on the Apple Forum to see if other users had this issue. Perhaps they will have troubleshooting that you can try.
