My U3415W has a small chip/crack on the bottom right hand side of the screen, which causes the LCD screen to display the bizarre lines. I know this is accidental damage but I would like to see if this can be repaired or replaced? This is a very expensive monitor that I use for work and I've been trying to call tech support and I do not have any luck getting in contact with them.  Please help!
