You keep goes to same old questions, monitor if it work it will work. it's doesnt matter what PC model, OS or anything else. Because it's randomly happens, I don't know when or how it happens. Even ran the diagnostics test there is no issue but use it for a little while and it happen. Sometimes a few hours, sometimes the next day. Already loaded the latest firmware and use all different kind of cables. This is a hardware problem.
I need to see a picture of the rear label showing the service tag number. The service tag you provided is not correct.
sllc428b pertains to the TUSB3410 boot device. It has nothing to do with the U3415W firmware. The M3B103 U3415W firmware only corrected, "random screen flicker" when connecting to the U3415W DP in port.
* Download/save the ZIP file to the Windows desktop * Extract the ZIP file to its own folder * Open the the folder * Per the Firmware_Update_Instruction PDF, you should only have the U3415W USB upstream cable connecting the U3415W to the computer USB port * Nothing should be plugged into the U3415W USB downstream ports * No second monitor should be connected to the computer * Run the file, "Dell_U3415W_Firmware Updater_M3B103_Window.exe"

* When running the (disconnected from PC) Built-in Diagnostics (page 61), does the issue happen?
* PC model?
* Operating system?
* Video card specifications (video out ports)?
* Then detail how the video card is connected to the U3415W like this =
PC GTX 1080 DP out port --> U3415W DP to mDP cable --> U3415W mDP in port
PC USB port --> U3415W USB upstream cable --> U3415W USB upstream port
