Yes. This is possible through the usage of PBP (Picture-by-Picture). See page 46.
Example =
PC one connected to U3415W DP in port (PBP Main Window)PC two connected to U3415W HDMI in port (PBP Sub-Window)
PBP Mode Enable = OnPBP Sub = HDMI
