U3419W, keeps going dark
I bought a U3419W in the summer of 2019. I was using it to connect my home PC (HDMI) and work laptop (USB-C) and the monitor and the the built-in KVM switch have been working great all these times. But of late I am noticing that the monitor will go dark all of a sudden and then I have to select the input switch on the monitor and scroll down to the same selection it was set before and reselect it and then it becomes alive. I noticed it on both of my PCs. Any clues as to why this happens?

What system are you using to connect the monitor?

eeegeek,
Please click the link here and update to firmware M3B107. When done, retest and post your results.

If after going to firmware M3B107 you are still getting the blank ask Dell support for firmware M3B112 (which isn't generally released) as once i moved to 112 my blanking/off issue is resolved.

My 3 year old U3419W started to go blank every now and then (on both USB-C and DP ports) and I have to go into menu and select the input again to get the display back. I am on the M3B107 firmware. Reading through the posts I saw another firmware mentioned (M3B112) that solved the issue. I was wondering if I can get this sent to me. Thanks
