Even though the U3818DW has the same panel (LG LM375QW1-SSA1) from the manufacturer, the actual calibration values for each panel will differ. Which is why each panel has a unique manufacturer FCR (Factory Calibration Report). Another U3818DW FCR will not be the same as yours. If you want to deviate from the factory calibration, you will need to purchase 3rd party monitor calibration hardware (colorimeter) and its calibration software.
