U3818DW, DDM Auto-switch USB upstream ports issue

Hi, I'm running DDM (Dell Display Manager) 1.56.0.2110 and enabled, "Auto-switch USB upstream ports in PBP side-by-side mode", but I can't seem to get it to run? My mouse wouldn't scroll past monitor 1. I saw a video on YouTube where he split the screen in half with pc1 on one side and pc2 on the other. When he scrolled over to pc2 his mouse and keyboard would work on pc2 automatically.

Apologies, I was incorrect about DDM 2.0. According to this Dell article, "What is Dell Display Manager", the U3818DW is only supported with the older DDM 1.x. So DDM 2.x will not work. So uninstall DDM 2.0. Install DDM 1.56.2110.

From the DDM team =
From the customer description, user likely have not setup USB KVM. On the 2nd UI screen, there is a KVM wizard to guide user on setting up the KVM wizard. Once the KVM is setup, and with Auto-switch checkbox enabled, in order to switch the mouse from one partition to another, user has to hold the mouse near the edge of the partition and the mouse will cross over. This might takes up to 4 seconds for the hardware to respond.

Uninstall that DDM 1.0 version. Try to install the DDM 2.0 2.0.0.135. Let us know =
1. Does it install?
2. If yes, does it have the same issue?

I uninstalled v1.0 and installed v2.0 successfully.  However, this message popped up.

Thanks @DELL-Chris M is working now after I reinstalled it.

The auto-switch feature works as expected on PC 1 (left hand side) when I scrolled the mouse cursor all the way to the right.  However, for PC 2 I also need to scroll my mouse all the way to the right for the mouse to switch back to PC 1.  Seems counterintuitive as you would think it would make more sense when you're on PC 2 to scroll all the way to the left to go back on PC 1.

I think is just faster to switch the mouse using the shortcut keys instead of the auto-switch feature.  I appreciate your assistance and have a great day!
