U3818DW, KVM with 3 computers?

Question

I was reading the manual for the U3818DW and it mentions only being able to use the KVM with 2 computers and how to assign the USB to the different inputs. Is it possible to run it to 3 computers by using the USB c connection for the 3rd? So something like this:

U3818DW DisplayPort to desktop (Windows) tied to USB 1

U3818DW HDMI to laptop #1 (MacBook Pro) tied to USB 2

U3818DW USB Type-C to laptop #2 (MacBook Pro) which carries both video and USB keyboard and mouse when switched to that input.

Can anyone confirm if that will work? Thanks!

@phoenixbt  I'm pretty sure I've read confirmation on this forum that this setup is achievable.  I certainly don't see why it wouldn't be.
