U4320Q, desk arm mounting?
I want to mount the U4320Q 43'' monitor using a monitor arm. The User's Guide says to remove the four screws and remove a plastic panel before attaching the VESA mount. However, I can't find any plastic panel to remove? I removed the four screws but there is no separate plastic piece to remove? Anyone mount this monitor to a monitor arm for a desk?

It appears that the instruction to remove "attached VESA cover" is incorrect. It looks like you simply remove the stand to see the mounting holes, see page 27 =

The instructions are for the older version of this monitor (which I also have). The current version doesn't have a removeable plate. It is integrated in the desktop mount.

racerrick,
For my notes, check both rear labels and post the A0x numbers and build dates.

Yes I can confirm this
I don't have exact model but newer dell arms do not have removable screws. There is a latch below the plate you press that to unlock it

did you have any success with this? I'm looking for a monitor arm for my U4320q. Which arm did you end up using?
