U4323QE, KVM/USB switching not working

I have two laptops connected to my monitor and I'm struggling to get the KVM/USB switching working. The main issue is when I try to switch via the OSD I get the message "USB Switch function is only available when pip pbp function is enabled" despite having PBP enabled and in use.

My Connections are:
MacBook -> USB-C1
Lenovo -> (DP1; DP2)+USB-C2

Thanks!

Simply letting it sit over the weekend seemed to resolve the issue? It's working with the port replicator.

Dell GHN (Get Help Now) chat technical support must verify the ownership and warranty status. Click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private U4323QE Service Tag with them.

Using pages 11/12/50/53/58 in User's Guide. Check the settings and setup below and retest =

MacBook TB --> U4323QE 1.0 M USB-C to USB-C cable --> U4323QE #7 USB-C 1 upstream port

Lenovo DP --> U4323QE DP to DP cable --> U4323QE #5 DP in port
Lenovo USB-A --> U4323QE USB-A to USB-C cable --> U4323QE #9 USB-C 2 upstream port

U4323QE Menu --> Input Source --> Auto Select  = Off

U4323QE Menu --> Display --> Dell Power Button Sync = Off

U4323QE Menu --> USB --> DP 1 assign to USB-C 2

@DELL-ChrisM2

Thanks for the quick reply.

There is actually a port replicator (Dell WD19) between the Lenovo and the U4323QE and I'm using a USB-C to USB-C cable for the WD19 to the monitor:

Lenovo TB --> Dell WD19 USB-C to USB-C cable --> U4323QE #9 USB-C 2 upstream port

Input Source is set to DP1; Auto Select and Auto Select for USB-C are greyed out
Display Dell Power Button Sync is greyed out
USB DP1 and PD2 are assigned to USB-C2

Please test without the port replicator and post the results.
