U4919DW, flickering pixels on right side

Hi guys,

I just received my Dell U4919DW and I'm impressed by the screen, but there is an issue: 
The entire right side of the screen has flickering green pixels. The left side is completely fine.

The first thing that came to my mind would have been the refresh rate, but the pixels are there even when no input source is connected. So there aren't any settings that I could change on the monitor to resolve the flickering pixels.

Please advise what I should do.
