U4919DW, macOS DDPM 1.0.2.0019 not working
Hey Guys,
let's start with the Specs:
- Hardware: MacBook Pro (2021, M1 Pro)
- OS: macOS Monterey 12.6
- Display: Dell U4919DW
- Display Firmware: M2B907
- DDPM Version: DDPMv1.0.2.0019
- The MacBook Pro and the Dell are connected via USB C.
Software should be up to date. The DDPM is displayed at the top of the dock, but with an exclamation mark. When I click on it, the following message appears:
When I right click on the DDPM in the dock, it looks like this.
Who can help? It doesn't seem to be working.

macOS firmware M2B907 was released on February 8, 2022.
Install the newer macOS firmware M2B108 released on October 10, 2022. Then retest.
Read through this for instructions = FAQ Monitor firmware

Hey Chris M,
thank you for your fast reply. I just am installing the newer Version.
Somehow the software says:
wich means something likes "You are updating an older version of the firmware package. Please confirm that you want to do this." wich is weird as i checked. It should be a newer Version. Maybe a bug?
