It looks as if there are ripples running down the screen when the mouse is moved.  Its running off a infologix power pack.  The monitor works fine when plugged straight into the wall, but when plugged into the power pack there are ripples.  We think the AC power feeding into the monitor might be dirty, but the head of the team wants a schematic of the monitor to see if the power is getting converted internally at all.

Can you rent/borrow a power meter or O scope to check? A quality surge supressor on the output of the infologix may be all that you need.
