Where are you located. The US distributers are on their feet doing the job while it seems all the international places are doing it slow despite ChrisM telling them to hurry up.
 
And don't do anything. You're 21 day thing is irrelevant (although I kinda get what you mean). Just be patient. It's not like you can't use your computer or enjoy games while waiting.

I'm in Canada. And I don't blame Chrism or anything...he's doing an aweesome job...just getting impatient because because of how early I responded to get a fix going and to see so many people getting replacements so much more quickly even though their requests were made much later than mine... I just wondered if I went through dell support CSRs, maybe i wouldve gotten this done much more quickly...

i pm'd him a week before you, i'm in canada as well, and still nothing for me. i can still hope though. i hear some canadians have gotten replacements.

Same situation here (also in Canada, PM-ed Chris same date ). Not even an entry in My Account that they start processing, or something...:(

By the way, I read the threads and I don't think ANY Canadian got a replacement.  (at least not using the "PM" method). Some got the A02 firmware as a new order only.

since new orders won't be shipped till July 5th maybe they're gonna do like a mass distribution of them after that and people will be getting A02s, new orders and/or replacements all at the same time/week.

All,

I just wondered if I went through dell support CSRs, maybe i wouldve gotten this done much more quickly.
* Maybe, but at that time they wouldn't have had an A02 to send out.

* The USA dispatchers are going much faster than the International dispatchers. I have had my management team contact all of our International brethren asking them to speed up.
