Uneven backlight on 2208WPF

Hello,

I've recently bought Dell Ultrasharp 2208WPF. I was aware that 2208 is TN panel so I'm not concerned about viewing angles. My problem is in backlight. Mine 2208 is darker in upperpart than in lower one (no matter the POV) - that I would consider a feature not an issue, but there are also two very bright spots in lower part.

I made a photo of monitor with lowered contrast and brightness to make my problem better visible. With normal brigh/contrast those spots can be very bothering while working on white background.

Please advise. Is that an issue which I can solve with customer support or manufacturing feature and I have to live with it?
