Look what you get for 800 £. Dell "Premier" monitor with "premier color". My other monitor for 120 £ has not got any bleed at all. I just wonder how it passed the quality control. Looks like Dell sell refurbished monitors. I bet you I will replace it and will get monitor with same problem.
What is the 20 digit alphanumeric serial number and revision number? You need to contact Dell UK Technical Support. They should setup a New monitor exchange.
Inside of 30 days from the invoice date you may get a refund, which is why they will exchange monitors even though they may be in manufacturer specifications. Outside of 30 days, the Dell policy I mentioned kicks in. That is within manufacturer specifications.
Chris i don't understand how this can be in manufacturer specifications. This is very expensive monitor so i should be Premium quality with excellent picture. Cheap monitors that I used to have never had this problem.
I think you understand the manufacturer specifications, you just do not want to accept them. The policy is what it is. You and I cannot change it. You may contact the UK Unresolved Issues team using the form to request a refund.

Manufactured on February 27th, 2014. I find it very strange that a monitor 5 months 23 days old was sold by Dell UK as new? Get it exchanged.
