UP2414Q issues, complaints

Been having the exact same issues for months and didn't bother contacting support for the reason that they don't care. The fine print when I bought the monitor did not say the display used MST for 4K 60Hz. The screen not resuming from sleep and many other compatibility issues have been a great pain. For purchasing a $1000+ monitor it was a real pain. I would even be happy if they downgraded me to a lesser P2415Q. Really would like someone from dell support to either give me a refund for the poor quality and suitability of the product or a replacement with a bon MST display which will actually function in all tasks.

A refund after 30 days from the original invoice date is not possible. Your only recourse is to get a like for like refurbished exchange which will have the latest firmware. We do not exchange to a different model.
