UP2414Q Using Dynamically changing screen saver to maintain best image quality

page 19 Maintenance Guidelines Cleaning Your Monitor
" To help maintain the best image quality on your monitor, use a
dynamically changing screen saver and turn Off your monitor when
not in use. "
Is Windows BLANK screen saver just as good as dynamically changing screen saver ?
What is a recommended dynamically changing screen saver ?

Blank would be static, not dynamic. I do not use any screen savers. I went to Control Panel- Power Options- and set "Turn off the display" to 3 minutes. If you need to use a screen saver, choose bubbles which exercise the entire screen.
