UP2716D, DUCCS 1.6.6, issue resolved

I'm experiencing a similar issue as reported in the chain below, but cannot resolve it by rolling back to the supported version for my monitor. https://www.dell.com/community/Monitors/UP3017-DUCCS-1-6-6-8973-crashes/td-p/7287340 Monitor: UP2716D Dell UltraSharp Calibration Solution crashes after Step 3 on version 1.6.6 >> I uninstalled ALL calibration software from my computer. Downloaded version 1.5.1 from the UP2716D software page (https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/product-support/servicetag/0-d2liQ2E2eUZlTHZ5SEFrbTNKTkZyUT090/drivers) Version 1.5.1 crashes upon the first click of "next" once the device is placed on the monitor. It doesn't even start the calibration at all. I tried existing Dell Display Manager. Successfully updated firmware. Still nothing. HELP. It's been 3.5 hours of troubleshooting and I'm lost!

Issue seems to be resolved by updating to the latest BIOS firmware. I'm able to calibrate on 1.6.6 now. Only determined because I gave up and decided to just run all updates, all anti-virus scans, etc. to try to accomplish something today. Wish this had been more intuitive!

Hi. I'm having the same crashing issue with the DUCCS software. You said you solved it by updating your BIOS firmware. Do you mean the BIOS for your computer? Is that solution still working for you? Thanks!
