UP3216Q, screen yellowish
Hi Dell and community,
My company purchased 6 monitors, Dell UltraSharp UP3216Q 32" IPS UltraHD 4K. After 1.5 years using, some of them had some issues on screen and I bring defects to maintain service.
After maintaining, the supplier returns us the monitors but all of them have the yellowish screen (not the night mode). I contact the supplier and they said that it's the new version of Dell UltraSharp UP3216Q 32" IPS UltraHD 4K from Dell. All UltraSharp UP3216Q monitors will be a yellowish screen from now.
So I write this email to ask that all Dell UltraSharp UP3216Q 32" IPS UltraHD 4K now will have a yellowish screen instead of a blue-white screen? I put the picture to compare: the left is yellowish and the right is normal.
The reality outside has more yellowish. The monitor on the right is better for me to work as Graphic desginer

Click the blue DELL-Cares username. Their profile page will appear. On the right click, "Send this user a private message". They will need the private PC Service Tag. They will need the private monitor Service Tag and 20 digit serial number. Or you can click the red, "Get help now" icon on the right to start a live chat session.
Unitl DELL-Cares receives the private Service Tag, warranty status is unknown.
The UP3216Q is no longer on our new Dell monitor sales page. So I have to question the age of your UP3216Q. We released the UP3216Q in early 2017. What is the non-private 20 digit serial number?
