What ports are on the video card to test on the monitor? Are you running resolution of 3840x2160 60Hz. Disable DP 1.2 in the monitor OSD (On Screen Display). What resolution do you get? While DP 1.2 is disabled, restart Windows 8.1. Do the issues still happen?

My monitor is plugged with the mini display port and I've set the dp 1.2 with 60 hz.

I will try to remove the dp 1.2.

Thanks.

The monitor is plugged with the Nvidia GTX770 with the mini display port (1.2)

I think maybe the driver of the graphic card was not right !?
I have to install the good driver.

I will test it with the right driver and I tell to you what happened.

Thanks.
Regards.

You keep saying, "The monitor is plugged with the Nvidia GTX770 with the mini display port (1.2)". That is not what I want to know. I want to know EVERY port on the video card  to see if you can test ALL the ports on the video card to the monitor.

The port I can plug are the HDMI and DP and mini DP.

But I think I had install a wrong driver.

I tell you later if the problem come from the driver. I will test it.

Thanks a lot.
