Why was my message deleted?

I asked about the return policy on the 2407WFP-HC; but the message is gone? Did I tread on some toes or what? I AM worried about being given a refurb monitor in place of a (potentially) damaged new one. Is that just a worry I'm supposed to live with? Disturbed,Elenor
