Windows xp drivers for P1911

Question

I have downloaded the so called drivers for the Dell 1911 LCD screen and I am trying to install them on Windows XP . I have extracted the file, but all I get is 2 files: P1911.cat P1911.ocm   When  i go to update the drivers, the system is expecting an .INF file and not a .CAT  file. Please advise where I can download the correct drivers for windows xp , with INF file These steps do not work for CAT files. * Open the Device Manager* Click the icon left of Monitors* Double click the monitor listed* Click the Driver tab* Click the Update Driver button* Click No, not at this time* Click Next* Dot Install from a list or specific location* Click Next* Click Don't search. I will choose the driver to install* Click Next* Click Have Disk* Click Browse and navigate to where the files are now* Click the monitor cat file* Click Open* Click OK* Click Next* Click Finish* Now the Device Manager- Monitors should show your monitor

I cannot find it either. Is this keeping you from using the proper resolution?

Both the USA and UK file libraries do not have the INF file. I find that odd. Do you have the monitor CD?

Yes, I am having the same challenge. I have a P1911 monitor working with windows XP, I download the drive but I can't install the CAT file and this keep me running without the proper resolution.

Can I have a solution quickly ?
