Bootstrap notifications
Hi Guys,
the bootstrap notifications have stopped being e-mailed to us:
The exchange server IP and host name has remained the same.
The NetWorker server is placed in a group of its own and backing up once every night.
We are running a windows server.
Anyone come accross anything similar before?

look at RAP log if someone changed something. also you can check notifications. in bootstrap notification check type:savegroup priority:critical and action command.

The issue was that the e-mail server was moved to another domain without any backup admins being notified.
